OUT! Run Out. Josh Hazlewood to Muhammad Musa. Half volley, off stump on the front foot driving, to mid on, direct hit by Cummins. Where is Abbas going? He must not have seen Cummins at mid on and sets off for the single even though his partner has not moved. Picked up by the big quick and he has plenty of time to take aim and fire.Australia win by a huge margin of an innings and 48 runs. Brilliant display of cricket even though they were made to work hard with the ball once again. Plenty of overs on the bounce for the quicks and Nathan Lyon and to take 20 scalps on a flat deck is phenomenal. They would not have got this opportunity though without the record breaking knock of 335 from David Warner to go along with 162 by Marnus Labuschagne. From there they held all the cards and Pakistan were always fighting to try and get back in the game. A memorable knock from Yasir Shah as he scored his maiden ton but unfortunately it wasn't enough.Nice 2-0 victory for Australia to start off their Test summer and a good warm-up for when New Zealand come to their shores. For Pakistan they can look forward to going back home and playing in front of their home fans when they host Sri Lanka.

OUT! Caught. Nathan Lyon to Shaheen Afridi. Off break length ball, outside off stump on the front foot Slog, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to long off, by Hazlewood. Catching practice down at long off. Exactly how you bowl to a tailender, toss it up and invite the big shot. Look of despair from Rizwan at the other end after taking the single first ball. Five for Lyon so he goes up on the honours board. As the players walk off for the dinner break, Australia go in needing two more wickets for victory. They have been much more clinical with the ball than yesterday and got the job done. Only Rizwan has provided some sort of resistance and now he will have to come out and bat with the tail under lights, with the new ball available after this over. This might not go long into the night session.

OUT! Caught. Shaheen Afridi to Steven Smith. Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot Slog, inside edge to wicketkeeper, by Rizwan. And out of the blue comes the wicket. Wild hoick into the leg side with Smith nowhere near making decent connection. Thin inside edge through to Rizwan who does the rest. Is this a sign of Australia looking to kick on and set up a declaration?

OUT! Bowled. Shaheen Afridi to Marnus Labuschagne. In-swinging length ball, middle stump on the front foot driving, missed to. A pearler of a delivery. Swinging back into Labuschagne with the new ball in hand and knocking out off stump. It needed something special to break this partnership and Shaheen has delivered.

OUT! Caught. Shaheen Afridi to Joe Burns. Seaming away length ball, to leg on the front foot defending, outside edge to wicketkeeper, by Rizwan. The perfect delivery to the right-hander. Angling across and making Burns play. Flicks the outside edge and Pakistan have their first. A wicket after a spell of sustained pressure.

OUT! Caught. Pat Cummins to Yasir Shah. Short, outside off stump backing away pulling, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to deep mid wicket, by Lyon. One shot too many from Yasir Shah. Much better line, making the Pakistan batsmen drag it from way outside off stump. Not enough power and Lyon takes a smart diving catch in the outfield.Pakistan have produced a battling knock and somehow made 302 after starting the day on 96-6. Yasir Shah has been the man of the moment with a maiden Test ton while Babar Azam just missed out earlier in the day. Confirmation that Australia have enforced the follow-on. With a lead of 287 that is probably the best decision with the night session around the corner but their bowlers have had a long stint in the field. The Pakistan lower-order have shown how to bat on this wicket so now it's over to the recognised batsmen.

OUT! Caught. Pat Cummins to Mohammad Abbas. Short, outside off stump ducked Fended, Gloved in the air uncontrolled to gully, by Warner. Finally Australia break this partnership and it has taken them a long time to go down the short ball tactic route. On the money from Cummins which gets Abbas into a horrible tangle. Rapped on the glove towards gully where Warner makes no mistakes.

OUT! L.B.W. Mitchell Starc to Shaheen Afridi. Reverse Swing-In half volley, off stump on the front foot working, hit pad to. Shaheen doesn't last very long. Out first ball as Starc gets one to tail back into his pads. Hopeful review with ball-tracking showing leg stump taking all the impact. Starc on a hat-trick.

OUT! Caught. Mitchell Starc to Babar Azam. Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot driving, outside edge to wicketkeeper, by Paine. Oh no. Starc swaps ends and with his very first ball he tempts Babar into a loose drive. Edge found and Paine takes another smart catch behind the stumps. Five wicket haul for Starc, and he looks back to his best.

OUT! Caught. Mitchell Starc to Mohammad Rizwan. Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot driving, outside edge to wicketkeeper, by Paine. Another poor choice of shot by a Pakistan batsmen. Chasing a wide one with the hands even though the feet are not moving. Babar must be furious at the non-striker's end watching the wickets fall.
31.2
W
OUT! Caught. Mitchell Starc to Iftikhar Ahmed. Back of a length, outside off stump on the back foot cutting, outside edge to wicketkeeper, by Paine. That is a stunning catch from Paine but the shot was not the greatest. Throwing his hands at a short, wide delivery with the feet not going anywhere. At this stage of the day these are the type of deliveries which batsmen should be leaving.

OUT! Caught. Mitchell Starc to Asad Shafiq. Length ball, middle stump on the front foot defending, outside edge to wicketkeeper, by Paine. This has been coming for a while. Starc's angle pushing the ball across Shafiq has troubled him ever since he came to the crease. Eventually there was a thin enough edge for the keeper to get involved and Shafiq is on his way.

OUT! Caught. Josh Hazlewood to Shan Masood. Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot defending, outside edge to wicketkeeper, by Paine. Perfect line and length from around the wicket. OUT! Caught. Pat Cummins to Azhar Ali. Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot pushing, outside edge to second slip, by Smith. Pakistan's top-order continues to fail. No big contribution from the captain again as he's caught in the slip cordon. Very good catch by Steve Smith, diving forward and making sure the fingers were under the ball.Change of order for Pakistan with Babar Azam being promoted above Asad Shafiq.

OUT! Caught. Mitchell Starc to Imam ul-Haq. Seaming away length ball, outside off stump on the back foot defending, outside edge in the air uncontrolled to gully, by Warner. Big wicket which Australia have been searching for. Nothing much has happened for them all morning so this is a bit of a bonus. Masood looked for the positive shot over the top but he went a fraction too early which meant Lyon could change his length at the last moment. Down the throat of Starc and the big quick gobbles up the chance.

OUT! L.B.W. Josh Hazlewood to Imam ul-Haq. Seaming in length ball, outside off stump on the front foot pushing, hit pad to. The change to around the wicket worked perfectly. Attacking the pads of Imam with enough movement off the deck. All three red lights were shown on ball-tracker so a good decision from the umpire. The start Australia were hoping for after enforcing the follow-on. Early wicket and now when they come out after the break the lights will be in full effect. Still a relatively new ball as well so this will be very tricky for the batsmen.
