OUT! Caught. Ravichandran Ashwin to Ebadat Hossain. Off break length ball, outside off stump down the track Slog, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to long on, by Yadav. A classic tailender shot to finish the match, looking to smash it out of the stadium and getting no distance at all. India have completed a comprehensive victory over Bangladesh in the First Test, winning by the massive margin of an innings and 130 runs. Mushfiqur Rahim's dogged defiance forced the hosts to wait until the evening session to start their celebrations, however the result was never in doubt. India's pace battery of Mohammed Shami, Umesh Yadav and Ishant Sharma were all superb with the ball throughout the match, while Mayank Agarwal was the star with the bat. The opener compiled his second Test double century as the tourists wilted in the field on Day Two. Mominul Haque will need to see a big improvement from his team for the day/night Test starting on Friday afternoon.

OUT! Caught. Ravichandran Ashwin to Mushfiqur Rahim. Arm length ball, outside off stump on the front foot driving, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to mid off, by Pujara. The end is nigh for Bangladesh. Mushfiqur Rahim has been resolute at the crease for almost four hours but now he has to depart. He was looking to take advantage of the field being brought up, however the bat twists in his hands as he makes contact and the ball spoons high into the air. Pujara gobbles it up over his shoulder, making a potentially tricky catch look easy.

OUT! Bowled. Umesh Yadav to Ebadat Hossain. Out-swinging length ball, off stump no foot movement defending, missed to. That is a fairly comprehensive way to wrap up the innings. Ebadat is turned back-to-front, inside-out and upside-down by a lavishly swinging delivery from Umesh that would've been too good for some top order batsmen. Bangladesh lost their last five wickets for just ten runs in a disastrous collapse in Indore. While Mushfiqur Rahim was at the crease it seemed as though they had a decent chance of posting a respectable score, but India's fast bowlers changed the complexion with a rapid spell either side of tea. First it was Mohammed Shami who got the big wicket with a jaffa, he followed it up with another next delivery and then Ishant Sharma followed suit by taking the edge with the first ball of the evening session. A run out and some lazy strokes contributed to the visitors downfall, and it could have been even worse for them if India's catching was better. It's tough to see how Bangladesh can compete after a total like that, early wickets tonight is the only thing that can keep them in it.
56.4
W
OUT! Run Out. Umesh Yadav to Taijul Islam. Back of a length, outside off stump on the back foot working, to fine leg for 1 run, fielded by Jadeja, by Saha. Suicidal running, Bangladesh are imploding in Indore. There was a warning previous ball when they decided to take on Jadeja's arm, they weren't going to get away with it for a second time. Taijul had no chance of making it back and only has himself to blame. Thoughtless cricket.
54.1
W
OUT! Caught. Ishant Sharma to Liton Das. Seaming away length ball, outside off stump on the front foot defending, outside edge to first slip, by Kohli. The wickets keep on tumbling, Bangladesh are collapsing in a heap. Just a hint of nip off the surface is enough to make this delivery deadly to Liton, his half-hearted prod carries to Kohli who scoops it up an inch above the turf. Finally India hold on to a catch.
53.6
W
OUT! L.B.W. Mohammed Shami to Mehidy Hasan. In-swinging length ball, off stump on the front foot driving, hit pad to. Two in two, what a way to finish the session. Mehidy looks like maybe he wants to review it but his partner has turned his back to suggest that there is no point. Again it is rapid pace and pronounced movement that leaves the batsman clueless. Ball tracking says it would've missed leg stump as well, oh dear. Bangladesh aren't doing themselves any favours. Mohammed Shami will start the evening session on a hat-trick after his double-wicket burst has put the hosts in command of the First Test. At times Bangladesh have looked settled, but Kohli has always had a fresh bowler to turn to allowing him to constantly attack. Liton Das holds the key now for the visitors to scramble towards 200 this evening.
53.5
W
OUT! Bowled. Mohammed Shami to Mushfiqur Rahim. In-swinging length ball, outside off stump on the front foot defending, missed to. What a beauty, Shami has produced a moment of magic to send Mushfiqur off for an early tea. High pace, searing movement and a little kiss of the off bail - that is a glorious sight for a fast bowler. The crowd has built up through the afternoon and now they are making a tremendous noise with India bossing the match.
45.1
W
OUT! Bowled. Ravichandran Ashwin to Mahmudullah. Off break length ball, off stump on the front foot sweeping, missed to. Cleaned him up, that's an awful shot by Mahmudullah to gift India their fifth wicket. The right-hander was looking to sweep, got in a bit of a tangle and ended up bowled off stump behind his legs. Ashwin clearly decided hitting the stumps was more reliable than his fielders taking a catch.
37.1
W
OUT! Bowled. Ravichandran Ashwin to Mominul Haque. Arm length ball, outside off stump on the front foot Leave, Left to. A complete misjudgment and off stump is knocked back, Ashwin wins the battle against the left-hander. Mominul had been playing so nicely but he won't want to see this replay. It was another delivery intended to skid straight on, clever bowling by Ashwin to bamboozle the batsman. Just when Bangladesh were starting to build nicely they have been dealt a serious blow.
17.6
W
OUT! L.B.W. Mohammed Shami to Mohammad Mithun. Out-swinging length ball, middle stump on the front foot working, hit pad to. Shami has barely turned around to bellow out his appeal before the umpire has his finger raised because this is as plumb as it gets. Late movement has done the trick, Mithun looking to play to the legside before the ball hooped to beat the outside edge. All three Indian fast bowlers now have tasted success this morning, Bangladesh struggling.
6.6
W
OUT! Caught. Ishant Sharma to Shadman Islam. Out-swinging half volley, outside off stump on the front foot driving, outside edge to wicketkeeper, by Saha. Another one, Ishant joins the party by finding the edge and all of a sudden Bangladesh are in trouble. Poor stroke really, Shadman looking to drive despite lots of movement and slips in place. His weight was never really into the shot and now he has to trudge off with Saha pouching it safely.
5.6
W
OUT! Caught. Umesh Yadav to Imrul Kayes. Seaming away back of a length, down leg side on the back foot defending, thick edge to gully, by Rahane. There's the breakthrough, Rahane snaffles one in the gully to spark Indian celebrations. It flew quickly at a nice height as Kayes prodded with hard hands tentatively at the awkward delivery. Reward for Umesh after a really impressive start to his spell.
110.5
W
OUT! Bowled. Ebadat Hossain to Wriddhiman Saha. Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot flick, hit pad to. Cleaned him up, off stump goes for a walk. Saha pays the price for looking to whip across the line and Ebadat sends him on his way with a Cottrell-style salute. India clearly looking to score as quickly as possible towards the close in Indore.
107.3
W
OUT! Caught. Mehidy Hasan to Mayank Agarwal. Off break length ball, to leg on the front foot slog sweeping, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to deep mid wicket, by Chowdhury. Agarwal's marathon innings comes to an end in disappointing fashion. He was looking for his ninth six but couldn't get the required elevation, the ball seemed slightly too full for the shot so he got cramped for room. Abu Jayed did well to cling on to it diving to his right because he was very close to the rope.
85.4
W
OUT! Caught. Abu Jayed to Ajinkya Rahane. Back of a length, outside off stump on the back foot cutting, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to deep point, by Islam. Slapped straight to the man in the deep, Rahane has given his wicket away. It's not the best delivery Abu Jayed will ever bowl but he'll take it as it earns Bangladesh the breakthrough they have been striving for. Perhaps some extra bounce from the new ball caused it to spoon tamely to the man. A wry smile from Rahane as he walks off.
31.5
W
OUT! L.B.W. Abu Jayed to Virat Kohli. Seaming in length ball, outside off stump on the front foot working, hit pad to. Silence falls across the ground, they are stunned as Kohli has to trudge off without scoring. It looked an innocuous delivery but the Indian skipper played all around it with his head falling to the offside. The bowler was very keen to review the not out decision and gets vindicated with ball tracking displaying three reds. Massive moment for Bangladesh and Abu Jayed.
29.5
W
OUT! Caught (Sub). Abu Jayed to Cheteshwar Pujara. Half volley, outside off stump on the front foot driving, thick edge to gully. Taken, the substitute fielder shows the rest of the Bangladesh team how to take a catch. It's a decent one as well because he is quite close at gully and the ball seemed to gather pace off the edge. Pujara can't kick on after getting to fifty and now the tourists have an opening.
7.2
W
OUT! Caught. Abu Jayed to Rohit Sharma. Seaming away length ball, outside off stump on the front foot driving, outside edge to wicketkeeper, by Das. Got him, that's just what Bangladesh needed because Rohit has been in amazing form recently. He was looking to drive on the up but a hint of movement means the ball feathers the edge through to the keeper. That wicket came from nowhere, neither batsman had really played a false shot prior to that.
69.2
W
OUT! OUT!

OUT! Caught. Mohammed Shami to Taijul Islam. Short, outside off stump on the back foot Fended, Spliced in the air uncontrolled to wicketkeeper, by Saha. Taijul's resistance is ended by a rapid Shami bouncer. The left-hander was taken completely by surprise and the ball ballooned up for Saha to take the simplest catch of his life. India inch closer to victory in Indore.
54.5
W
OUT! Bowled. Umesh Yadav to Mehidy Hasan. Seaming in back of a length, outside off stump on the back foot defending, hit body to. India were a bit flat in the afternoon but they have started the evening session full of energy. Umesh manages to extract some life from the increasingly placid surface and Mehidy gets in an awkward tangle. Not only does he get a nasty wack on the elbow, the ball also drops onto the top of the bails.
39.2
W
OUT! Caught & Bowled. Ravichandran Ashwin to Liton Das. Off break length ball, outside off stump down the track driving, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled back to bowler, by Ashwin. A soft end to the promising partnership, Liton hangs his head as he can't believe what has happened. Ashwin and Jadeja have started to bowl quicker to try and dry up the runs, meaning the batsmen have started to try different things to keep the scoreboard ticking over. Impatience has cost Liton as he chips it straight back at the bowler.
26.3
W
OUT! Caught. Mohammed Shami to Mahmudullah. Out-swinging back of a length, outside off stump on the back foot pushing, outside edge to second slip, by Sharma. Guided into the hands of second slip, this time Rohit makes no mistake. Shami is on fire but Mahmudullah has played a big part in his own downfall, following the ball with his hands when he should've ignored it completely. Perhaps the bowler delivering from slightly wider on the crease caused the indecision.
14.1
W
OUT! Caught. Mohammed Shami to Mohammad Mithun. Short, outside off stump on the back foot pulling, Spliced in the air uncontrolled to mid wicket, by Agarwal. Oh dear, that is a tame way to go. Bangladesh are collapsing in a heap. Shami's skiddy pace makes him very difficult to pull and Mithun softly spoons it straight to a fielder. This has been a perfect morning for India.
12.5
W
OUT! L.B.W. Mohammed Shami to Mominul Haque. Seaming in length ball, outside off stump on the back foot working, hit pad to. Shami strikes in his first over to leave Bangladesh in tatters. He'd tested out the middle of the pitch earlier in the over to push the batsman back, as a result Mominul was wary of getting forward to this delivery and he's paid the price. The umpire thought it might have been slipping down leg but the bowler was confident in telling his captain to review, a wise decision.
6.6
W
OUT! Bowled. Ishant Sharma to Shadman Islam. Seaming in length ball, outside off stump on the front foot defending, missed to. Unplayable delivery, irresistible stuff from Ishant. He's been taking the ball almost exclusively away from the left-handers, now the surprise ball nips back in to scream between bat and pad and make an almighty mess of the stumps. Quality bowling from the big man.
5.1
W
OUT! Bowled. Umesh Yadav to Imrul Kayes. In-swinging half volley, off stump on the front foot driving, inside edge to. Leg stump is flattened, Umesh gets India's first wicket of the day. It's a beautiful delivery, tailing back into the left-hander at high pace and leaving Kayes flat-footed. There was a satisfying clunk that sparked celebrations in the stands.
