Chris Jordan

Chris Jordan

Chris Jordan has turned his career around since being released by Surrey at the end of the 2012 domestic season. The seaming allrounder moved to Sussex and made an immediate impact to become an integral part of the side.  Jordan’s form saw him make his one-day international debut in September 2014 against Australia and some solid form in ODIs and Twenty20s led to his first Test cap in June 2014. Jordan’s limited-overs form throughout 2014, including 5-29 against Sri Lanka at Old Trafford, saw him included in the squad to tour Sri Lanka in November 2014. He played five matches during that series, picking up 10 wickets. He impressed with his excellent slips catching during England's tour of the West Indies in April 2015, while also collecting six wickets in three matches. Jordan was picked up by the Adelaide Strikers for BBL|06.

He studied alongside Rihanna at the Combermere School in Barbados.
